Construct new Navy Research Coatings Lab with High tech coatings, equipment, and finishes. Navy Research Corrosion Lab, included removal and replacement of existing deteriorated seawall and seawater valve pit and piping, the job included connecting adjoining buildings; work with A&E to address water intrusion issues, while working with scientists to keep critical systems functioning during scheduled experiments

Developed present scheduling system allowing unit minor renovations (First Turns) to go from 3 per week to 65 per week. Responsibilities include but not limited to: evaluation of existing conditions of 50 year old units, schedule and order materials and Subcontractors as needed per unit. Work closely with Neighborhood manager to achieve desired product.
